Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants:

  1. Cancellation by Participant:

    • More than 120 days before the retreat start date: Refundable minus the deposit.

    • 90-120 days before the retreat start date: Payments minus the deposit will be refunded at 50%.

    • 60-90 days before the retreat start date: Payments minus the deposit will be refunded at 25%.

    • Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: No refund will be provided. However, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from the retreat organizer.

  2. No Exceptions:

    • There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy, including weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel agent or WeTravel.com.

  3. Cancellation by Organizer:

    • In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as airfare or travel insurance.

  4. COVID-19 Policy:

    • Should the retreat be canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 related restrictions, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat or receive a full refund.

  5. Transfer Policy:

    • If you need to transfer your registration to another person, please notify us as soon as possible. Transfers are subject to approval and must be completed at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide a memorable and enriching retreat experience, and this policy helps us to plan and deliver the best possible event for all participants.
